Our company holds a licence to manufacture and repair EPAL pallets. Euro-pallets manufactured by EPAL producers are subject to strict quality control.
The EPAL europallet type 1 has dimensions of 1200/800 mm and load capacity of 1500 kg.
New EPAL europallets are manufactured in accordance with the UIC-435-2 standard, which specifies all the requirements for these pallets. Both on the left and right side of the pallet there is the general EPAL mark in an oval, on the centre block there is the IPPC marking, the number of the drying plant and also the licence number of the manufacturer and the year and month of manufacture.
Each new pallet is marked with a control mark, which serves as proof of legal production and payment of the licence fee.
We hold a UIC licence for the production and repair of EUR-pallets. New EUR-pallets are manufactured on the basis of ČSN 269110 and in accordance with the international standard UIC 435-2, which specifies all requirements for these pallets.
The general marking of EUR pallets is located on the right side of the EUR-pallet in an oval, on the left side of the pallet there is the UIC symbol or, in the case of older pallets, the symbol of local railways (ČD, MAV, OBB, ŽSSK CARGO, etc.).
The new EUR pallet has the dimensions 1200/800 mm and the load capacity of 1500 kg.
Each new pallet is marked with a control clip as proof of legal production and payment of the licence fee.
Used light-coloured EUR pallets show partial signs of wear, occasional slight damage and are of light colour or partially grey. They must be marked with the guarantor's mark - EPAL or UIC - on all blocks, the manufacturer's number in the middle and the EPAL or EUR mark on the right block.
The guarantor's mark and the serial number on both sides of the pallet may differ for used EUR light pallets, which is permitted for used EUR pallets. Used EUR light pallets meet the quality requirements and are also more cost-effective than new pallets. Repairs of EUR/EPAL pallets may only be carried out by an authorised company. After repair, the pallet must be marked with an inspection nail on the centre block.
Used EUR/EPAL dark pallets show more wear and tear than used EUR/EPAL light pallets.
They are darker in colour (grey, brown, dark brown). They are marked in the same way as EUR/EPAL pallets with the new guarantor's mark - EPAL or UIC, the serial number and the EPAL or EUR mark on the right side. Different guarantor marks may appear on either side of the pallet and the serial number of the original manufacturer of the pallet may not be the same on both sides. However, the standard does not exclude this possibility. Repairs of EUR/EPAL pallets may only be carried out by an authorised company. After repair, the pallet must be marked with a so-called inspection nail on the centre block.
The most frequently used pallet sizes are 800 mm x 1200 mm and 1000 mm x 1200 mm, commonly referred to as standard pallets, disposable pallets, one-way pallets, etc. These pallets are manufactured in various designs according to the load capacity from 300 kg to 1500 kg or adapted to the customer's exact requirements. Drying or IPPC heat treatment is available according to customer requirements.
We can offer an inexpensive and interesting alternative in the form of used pallets to customers who do not make high quality requirements on standard pallets. Depending on the load capacity, we offer three alternatives for each size, i.e. 500 kg, 1000 kg and 1500 kg.
We are licensed to produce CP pallets, which are mainly intended for the chemical industry. We continuously produce all types of CP pallets, i.e. CP1 to CP9. Drying and IPPC heat treatment is possible according to customer requirements.
These 600 x 800 mm pallets are very advantageous because they are 4-way pallets - they can be manipulated with the pallet jack from all four sides of the pallet. These pallets are mainly used in shopping chains. We offer new and used Düsseldorfer pallets and their repairs.
We can produce pallets of almost any size. We commonly manufacture pallets from 400 x 400 mm to large format pallets of 2000 mm x 4000 mm.
Pallets are manufactured according to the customer's requirements, or we can design the most optimal type of pallet according to the required size and weight of the transported goods. If required, we can apply IPPC heat treatment or drying to 10-15% humidity. The pallets can also be painted or marked on the pallet blocks with the customer's logo, pallet type or other information.
Pallets are not only used to transport goods. Recently, they have also been used as original furniture and in various constructions made of pallets.
At one of the biggest festivals in Europe, Sziget Festival in Budapest, a coliseum (30 x 8 metres) was built from our pallets as a music stage.
